We went and looked at our house on Saturday. Well the parts of it we could see. All in all its just what we want. The only MAJOR problem is the put the dang fireplace in. We do NOT want one. They are not energy efficient, it takes up a ton of room, we never used the one we had in MO, and one day we want to put in French doors where it is now. SO it HAS to go.
