Young Adults group went to the lake today. It was a BLAST. I got pictures up of Lisa (for the loyal fans) but haven’t gotten the ones up yet of other people, will work on that tomorrow. But its bed time, it was a LONG day at the lake, now must sleep!

Here’s a few new pictures.

They are of Lisa’s new play station. Unlike most of them out there, her seat goes around a center pedestal, so that once she out grows the seat part, it can come off, and leave the play station as just a pedestal. Which she will be able to play with for years to come! She just plain loves it. She is right now just a little bit short for the seat, but it won’t be long, and she can move the seat around a bit. She loves playing the piano, one of the keys on a certain thing plays a little pop tune, and she will hit that button and just get her feet moving and dancing around!

Well we have hit a new baby milestone! Lisa is a sitter!!! YAY We have been working getting her to sit up by sitting her on our bed, where if (haha when) she fell over she would be safe falling on comfy bed. Well this weekend she got really good at it, and could sit up for about 20-30 seconds. We were super excited and clapping and happy. Then I was thinking maybe its our bed, thats letting her sit, because it allowed her bum to sink in just a bit, and gave her some more support. So at daycare today, I sat her up on the carpet there and guess what, she sat! Yup sat there for quite a while, so officially we are marking it down as “sitting up” September 11th (at least there’s something positive for that date!)

Well we finally made it, we are back in Tennessee, good ole Rocky Top!

The day before we left Missouri, we found out Lisa had an ear infection, so she got to have her first round of antibiotics in her life. She liked them pretty good, enjoyed the bubble gum flavor I think. So after a bit of that, she was feeling MUCH better. The antibiotics were over on Tuesday, and then Friday evening she developed a cold…

On top of that she gave it to me. Silly antibiotics were her immune system just long enough to get her sick when she went off them, grrr, but we are dealing. So now in the span of a week she has had antibiotics for the first time, and baby triaminic for her cough and runny nose. She looks so sickly, her little eyes are really red and puffy, and she just doesn’t look happy. She tries though, like she really wants to be happy but she just doesn’t feel good, poor baby…

Well we are 99 % moved into our apartment here in Knoxville, I think we have like maybe one box left to go through, and stuff to put on the walls and we will be completely moved in, then we can determine what our schedules will be, its so hard having had a system down, and now its all crazy.

Haven’t had a chance to take any pictures just yet, but will get some up just as soon as we take them!
