For the first time in my LIFE!!! (well since I have been driving) I actually weigh less than what my Drivers licence says!!! Whoot Whoot…. I started Nutrisystem, which is based on the Glycemic Index which I am supposed to be eating with my PCOS. They deliver the food to your door, and you pop it in the microwave for usually 45 seconds to a minute, and wha-la yummy tasty food! And a good portion of the food is really tasty! Since I started (a month and a half ago) I have lost 15.5 pounds! and ITs still coming off!
I now weigh less than my pre-pregnancy weight! YEAH!!!!!

I was reading Dr. Nancy Dunne’s natural diet book for PCOS when I discovered her 14 tips for increasing your fertility. Here they are: stop junk food, eat whole foods, go organic, avoid genetically modified foods, balance your essential fats, minimize gluten grains, have plenty of fiber, reduce saturated fat, change your carbs, reduce alcohol, reduce stress, exercise, lose weight, reduce insulin resistance, check partner’s fertility, and consider nutritional supplements.
