Dan’s mom came and visited last week, it was her first time to see Lisa. Needless to say I didn’t do much holding of my baby all week! But its ok, its her first grandbaby, so she is allowed some spoilage of the Monkit (part Monk aka Dan, Part Hobbit aka Me). So her visit was great, we bought a carpet cleaner and cleaned the carpet in the master bedroom, and the living room. We also went to Chili’s oh yummy.

One the Lisa vomiting issue. We determined that I have a forceful milk ejection reflex and that was causing Lisa to have to guzzle down the milk, which lead to major gas in her stomach, which lead to the vomiting. So we fixed the problem by exclusively pumping and feeding her from a bottle. She is still getting breast milk, just not from the breast. I went through thoughts of failure, but just have to tell myself I am doing what is best for my baby.
