Welcome any new J23 Young Adulters who might be reading this for the first time. Hope all is well, and the regime change ideas are still in the works (wink wink…) Just kidding Richard, no coupe planned here!

Review of the Bistro at the Bijou, WONDERFUL, I give it two thumbs way up. The food was fabulous. If you like spinach dip, you need to try their spinach con queso, its heaven in a little white dish! Started off with that, then had loaded potato soup, which was just as delicious, then the main course Bourbon Street Pasta with chicken and Andoulle (sp?), which was magnefic. Then for dessert, chocolate chip Oreo pie. Wow! Its making me drool now just thinking about it. yummmmm… yummmm…. yummmm.

Other news, the Y is still happening… If I could get over the sinus infection that keeps reoccurring it would be happening a little more frequently, but its still happening… They have a Salsa class on Wednesdays, that even as uncoordinated as I am, was fun and pretty easy, by the end I was doing it!
